Jon MacDonald is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Engineering Recruitment Lead at AJ Group since June 2025, Jon focuses on shaping industries through effective talent placement. Prior to this role, Jon was a Senior Recruitment Consultant at CSG Talent, specializing in the data center sector and leading global executive searches. Jon has also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Fruition IT, where the emphasis was on matching technology professionals with leading companies.
