Mridusmita R. is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and policy formulation. Currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Ajackus since January 2022, Mridusmita previously held the position of Assistant Manager at Mando from August 2013 to May 2021, where responsibilities included legal compliance and human resource development. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Specialist at A1 Technology Pvt Ltd from September 2011 to July 2013, focusing on recruitment and employee induction processes. Mridusmita holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from IBS Hyderabad and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
