Rucha Parab is a skilled technical professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Ajackus since May 2021, Rucha previously held the position of Software Development Team Lead at rirev from June 2019 to May 2021, where responsibilities included team management alongside development tasks. Rucha began a career in web and software development with roles at companies such as Bulk MRO, QuoDeck, and Tata Consultancy Services, gaining expertise in Ruby on Rails, learning management systems, and Java middleware solutions. Rucha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering, earned in 2014.
