Michael Liem is an experienced professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as the Business Unit Head of Shared Services at Ajaib. Previously held the position of Vice President of Product Design at Drogo Coffee and co-founded the company. Michael also served as Chief Executive Officer at Qasir.id and held the role of Head of Product Design at Tokopedia. Prior to that, Michael was the Head of User Experience & Product Design at Orami. Michael's educational background includes an Advance Diploma in Business IT from Informatics College and a Diploma in Business Administration from Thames Business College.
