Yinglan Tan

Yinglan Tan is the Founding Managing Partner at Insignia Ventures Partners since August 2017, leading an early-to-growth stage technology venture fund focused on Southeast Asia. Under Yinglan Tan's leadership, the firm manages investments from prestigious institutional investors and boasts a diverse portfolio including notable companies such as Goto, Appier, and J&T Express. In addition to this role, Yinglan Tan is a board member for multiple organizations, including Insignia Ventures Academy, CARRO, Flip.id, and Aplikasi Super. Yinglan Tan also contributes to public policy as a member of the Pro-Enterprise Panel under the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Singapore. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Management Science from Stanford University, a dual bachelor's degree from Carnegie Mellon University, and various executive education programs at globally recognized institutions.
