David Waller

David Waller is a seasoned executive in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in nonclinical and CMC development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Ajax Therapeutics since August 2025, Waller previously held the position of Vice President, Head of Nonclinical/CMC Development at MOMA Therapeutics, leading a multi-asset portfolio and successfully advancing discovery assets into Phase 1. Prior roles include Senior Director, Head of Small Molecule CMC at EQRx, Inc., where Waller established a high-performing team, and Director positions at Sage Therapeutics focused on late-phase process development and CMC program leadership. Waller holds a Post-doctoral Fellowship in Organic Chemistry from Harvard University and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh.
