Moustafa Salem

Moustafa Salem has extensive work experience in quality management and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. Moustafa most recently worked as a Quality, Safety & Planning Director at AJEX, where they implemented quality and safety programs in accordance with international regulations. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Manager at NAQEL Express, where they developed and maintained a Quality Management System for pharmaceutical handling. Moustafa also has experience as a Quality Assurance Associate and Deputy QPPV Manager at Cigalah Group, where they monitored receiving processes and checked storage conditions. Additionally, they worked as a QA Officer and IPC Team Leader at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, where they conducted daily tours, performed IPC testing, and monitored manufacturing. Moustafa began their career as a pharmacist at Lila pharmacy.

Moustafa Salem has a diverse education history. In 2005, they enrolled at Al-Azhar University, Faculty of Pharmacy, and studied general subjects until 2010. Later, in 2013, they attended Brooklyn Academy and completed a degree in Total Quality Management with a focus on Management Information Systems. Moustafa also obtained a certification in Quality Management from the institution Quality Assurance in 2013. In 2014, Moustafa returned to Brooklyn Academy to pursue Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) without completing a degree. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Certified Dangerous Goods Professional (CDGP) from CAA International in 2019 and QMS ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor from CQI Ireland in 2018.
