Rodney Drayton

Rodney Drayton is an executive leader and technology evangelist with over 25 years of senior management experience in the architecture and construction industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at AJC and Director of Designing Insights, they focus on fostering innovation and sustainable growth through strategic alignment of people, vision, and technology. Rodney has previously held leadership positions at NBRS and CHROFI, where they specialized in project delivery and business development in large-scale Public Private Partnerships. Educated at the University of Sydney, they are also a standing panel member for the NSW Architects Registration Board, assessing candidates for architectural registration.
