Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith has over 18 years of work experience in leadership, consulting, and software solutions. In 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer of AJRS Inc. From 2015 to 2022, they were the Founder and Senior Consultant of FiveSeven Solutions, a leadership consulting firm focused on creating cutting-edge leadership and talent development programs in the hospitality industry. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Vibe-It Software, a software solution offering state-of-the-art SaaS enterprise feedback management technology. From 2004 to 2012, they were a Partner at Aero-Mod, Inc., spearheading the development of a national sales force to promote engineering and mechanical solutions for biological treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater. In 2003, they founded and became the CEO of Campus Grounds Espresso, LLC, a retail coffee concept in the College of Engineering at Kansas State University.

Jeff Smith's education history includes graduating from Arkansas City High School in 1991, followed by receiving a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Kansas State University in 1995. Jeff then completed a Master's Degree Program in Apologetics from Trinity, Newburg Indiana in 1999.
