Lance Marks is a seasoned growth leader with extensive experience in driving product strategy and market execution across various sectors. Currently serving as the Founding Growth Lead at Ajust since January 2025, Lance previously held the position of Entrepreneur in Residence at Utiliti Group, where efforts focused on refining product-market fit and scaling partnerships across Asia and the US. Prior to this, as Head of Product Growth at O.school, Lance successfully scaled a global community to over 25 million individuals and founded a healthtech marketplace that achieved rapid growth and acquisition. Additionally, Lance co-founded and advised at Vollardian, leading the product strategy for EdTripper, which gained traction among 1,200+ educational institutions. Earlier career experiences include roles at DADI Industries, where strategies contributed to significant revenue growth, culminating in a high-profile acquisition. Lance holds a Double Bachelor’s Degree from UNSW and completed professional development courses at Harvard University.
