Michael DeWeese

Michael DeWeese has a diverse work experience as a storyboard artist and illustrator/story artist. Michael has worked at various companies throughout their career, including ODD - Office of Development & Design, Nickelodeon, AKA NYC, Mekanism, Psyop, Freelance, The Mill, and Harper Collins College Publs. Their most recent role was at ODD in 2019, where they served as a storyboard artist. Prior to that, they worked at Nickelodeon, AKA NYC, Mekanism, and Psyop in similar roles. Michael also worked as a freelance illustrator/story artist since 2005, where they were responsible for dictating action, composition, and camera movement for existing scripts and modifying boards to meet the Director's needs. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at The Mill as a storyboard artist. Additionally, they worked at Harper Collins College Publs from 2009 to 2012, specifically on "The Art of War" project.

Michael DeWeese attended the North Carolina School of the Arts from 2002 to 2006, where they achieved a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Screenwriting. Michael focused their studies on screenwriting and animation during their time at the school.
