Cesar Silva

Cesar Silva is the President and CEO of Akaer Engenharia S/A, where they have been defining and managing the company's strategy since 2012, aiming to establish Akaer as the first Brazilian Tier 1 in Aerospace and Defense. Previously, they served as the Engineering Head at Embraer from 1979 to 1991, overseeing structural developments for all aircraft. From 1992 to 2011, they held the position of Executive Vice President at Akaer, contributing to the company's foundation and strategic growth. Cesar holds a degree in Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, where they studied from 1973 to 1977.
