Robson Veja has extensive experience in quality and process management, beginning as a Technical Intern at Johnson & Johnson from January 1997 to November 1998, followed by a position as a Quality Technician at TI Automotive from November 1998 to April 2000, where Robson focused on supplier qualification and laboratory product measurement. At Embraer, from May 2000 to July 2017, Robson served as Técnico de Qualidade, specializing in quality tools, process qualification, continuous improvement, and innovation program coordination. Robson then worked as an Assistant for Continuous Improvement and Supervisor of CNC Machining Center at PAN-METAL Indústria Metalúrgica Ltda from December 2018 to August 2019, and is currently employed as a Process Technician at Akaer since September 2025. Robson holds degrees in Precision Mechanical Technician and Aeronautical Manufacturing Technology with a focus on Industrial Production Management from ETEP Faculdades and Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo, respectively.
