Doug Wright

Doug Wright is an experienced security professional with a robust background in law enforcement and security management. Currently serving as a Court Security Officer at Akal Security since October 2014, Doug provides access control and security as directed by the United States Marshals Service. Previous roles include Court Security Officer at AlliedBarton Security Services and Account Manager, responsible for overseeing security operations for 18 officers, and a Field Supervisor managing over 100 security officers across multiple sites. Doug's extensive experience in law enforcement includes serving as a Sergeant at the Ithaca Police Department, where leadership and training of a 12-14 officer team were key responsibilities. Doug holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice from Corning Community College.
