Juan Rivera is an experienced maintenance professional with a diverse background in facility management and engineering. Currently serving as a Maintenance Supervisor at Hilton Hotels & Resorts since February 2020, Juan has also held the position of Resident Manager at AKAM from March 2011, overseeing a nine-man staff to ensure residents have a safe living environment. Previously, Juan worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Diamond Resorts™ from June 2017 to July 2023 and as Superintendent at Century Management from September 1994 to July 2011.
