Jamie Manuel

Jamie Manuel is a dedicated wildlife conservationist with over 15 years of experience in managing marine and land protected areas, community conservancies, and national parks. Currently serving as the Head of Operations Support for Akashinga, Jamie oversees law enforcement and habitat management, as well as staff management and budget oversight. Previously, they held leadership positions at Cottars 1920s Camp and Kenya Bird of Prey Trust, where they focused on anti-poaching initiatives and wildlife rehabilitation. Jamie's hands-on approach and strong leadership skills have facilitated significant advancements in wildlife conservation throughout Africa. They hold multiple qualifications in wildlife conservation and aviation.
