AKATE OFFICIAL is a queer owned clothing brand offering easy online access to the most comfortable and form-fitting items in all 50 states, D.C., and Puerto Rico. AKATE is curating a brand focused on providing visibility to our community, contributing to the shared mission of fostering community among our varied demographics, and seeking to platform queer voices in diverse ways. 

The Akate brand, started in 2023, began with four queer voices wanting more comfortable everyday products like underwear, with a huge focus on appealing to our queer consumers. We want to create a brand that cares more than just one month out of the year. 

Akate continues to grow, becoming a voice and key player within our community. Looking forward, Akate is looking to provide more access & support by creating methods, opportunities, and more to continue supporting LGBTQIA+ mental health, access to sexual prevention services and resources, and creating underwear for all. 

At Akate, we are focused on fostering an inclusive culture and branding to ensure visibility for all of our consumers and members. Join us in building a community centered around opportunity and impact for multiple groups of people.
