Pius Thomas has extensive experience in quality control and product development within the food and chemical industries. Currently serving as a Quality Control professional at NZ Starch Ltd. since November 2017, Pius oversees analytical equipment operations, lab report verification, and supervisory responsibilities for KSPCB-approved laboratory tasks. Pius has concurrently held a role in New Product Development at Akay Flavours and Aromatics Pvt Ltd since March 2016. Previous positions include QA/QC at J&J Bio-Tech and Specialty Chemicals Pvt Ltd., Technical Specialist at New Zealand Starch Ltd., QC Analyst at Bomac Laboratories Ltd. in New Zealand, and Senior Executive at Amalgam. Pius holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mahatma Gandhi University.
