Cem Önal is the Vice President of the Cyber Defense Center at Akbank, where they manage multiple teams focused on threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and security engineering. Cem previously held the position of CDC Unit Manager at Akbank from 2018 to 2020 and has extensive experience in network security and penetration testing with roles at KoçSistem, Ibtech, and Koc.net. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Kocaeli University and a Master's degree in Information Technologies from Sabanci University.
