Patrick Haas

Patrick Haas is a seasoned lawyer specializing in corporate litigation and dispute resolution, currently serving as a partner and leader of the Corporate Litigation practice group at AKD since September 2002. This practice group encompasses approximately 40 lawyers, focusing on collective redress. Prior experience includes a secondment at Dundas & Wilson in the M&A practice, as well as roles at Andersen Legal and Van Wijmen Nouwen, focusing on corporate and M&A law. Patrick Haas began a legal career at Bouwer & Officier Accountants. Education includes an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, an EMLE in Law & Economics from Stockholm University, and a law degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
