Rolf Everhardus

Rolf Everhardus is an accomplished attorney-at-law and partner at AKD since November 2013, specializing in corporate law, litigation, and restructuring/insolvency. Prior experience includes serving as a lecturer in corporate law and project secretary for internationalization at Avans Hogeschool from February 2008 to October 2013. Rolf has also undertaken internships in corporate and intellectual property law and has held board positions in student organizations at Tilburg University. Rolf's educational background includes multiple law degrees, with a focus on Dutch Law and International and European Law from Tilburg University, complemented by a postgraduate degree in insolvency law from Grotius Academie.
