Mark Goldman

Mark Goldman is an experienced climate science professional currently serving as Climate Science Lead at Cloverly and Chief Science Advisor at Akela Consulting, while previously holding the position of Head of Carbon Science at oneshot.earth. Mark has a strong background in carbon capture technologies, having developed a sorbent for CO2 capture during a PhD candidacy at Columbia University, where research included innovative dual-function materials for converting captured CO2. Prior roles include research at Harvard University focusing on electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction and serving as an Analyst at Kelan Capital, where Mark conveyed insights on economic trends. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Physics from Harvard University and a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy from Columbia University.
