William Hurley

William Hurley is the founder and CEO of Strangeworks, a quantum computing startup based in Austin, Texas, and co-founder and General Partner at Ecliptic Capital. They have served as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs after the acquisition of their startup, Honest Dollar. Additionally, Hurley was the chief architect of open source strategy at BMC Software and co-founded Chaotic Moon Studios, which was acquired by Accenture. As an Eisenhower Fellow, they are also a Senior Member of the IEEE, an Ambassador to CERN & Society, and a board member at both the Emergent Order Foundation and AKEM.
