Jonas Schmid

Jonas Schmid has extensive experience in leadership and business development, particularly in the Internet of Things sector. As Co-CEO and VP of Business at Akenza from June 2017 to March 2020, Jonas Schmid played a key role in simplifying IoT applications for companies. Prior to this, Jonas Schmid served as Business Developer and Executive Partner at Planet 4.0 GmbH, contributing to its growth in Switzerland. As the founder of Gmüesgärtli.ch, Jonas Schmid launched a unique vegetable gardening service targeting urban areas. Experience also includes project management at THOST Projektmanagement Switzerland AG and project planning at Siemens, where Jonas Schmid focused on large-scale international projects. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurial Leadership from the University of Geneva, complemented by an exchange program at the University of Copenhagen.
