Adobea Quayson serves as the Compliance Manager at Pecan Energies Ghana Limited since April 2019, ensuring adherence to national and international regulations. Previously, in the role of Senior Compliance Officer at Aker Group, Adobea established standards and implemented procedures for effective compliance programs. Additionally, Adobea holds the position of Compliance and Communication Manager at TechnipFMC since January 2017, overseeing group policy compliance and internal legal controls, and has also acted as the National Content Manager for Africa, focusing on national content requirements within the Oil & Gas sector. Adobea’s career at TechnipFMC began in January 2011, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance among employees and subcontractors and managing executive support tasks as an Executive Secretary. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) in Oil & Gas from Robert Gordon University, an MSc in Corporate Governance from London South Bank University, and ICSA certification from the Institute of Professional Studies.
