David White

David White is an experienced rigger with a career spanning over a decade in the oil and gas industry. Since September 2019, David has been employed at Sparrows Group as a rigger. Prior to this role, David worked at Aker Solutions, holding various positions from March 2007 to the present, and has achieved an NVQ Level 3 and OPITO Stage 4 certification as a rigger and banksman/slinger. David's previous experience includes a significant tenure at AMEC from March 2010 to November 2016, where contributions were made to projects such as the Armada, Everest, Lomond, and Jasmine for Conoco Phillips, as well as involvement in the Montrose MAR project. David's career began at Aker Kvaerner in 2006, focusing on decommissioning and heavy lift preparations. David's educational background includes attendance at Sanquhar Academy.
