Emma Carlson currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Performance Management at Aker Solutions since September 2021. Prior to this role, Emma held the position of Head of Project and Digitalization at Telenor from September 2019 to August 2021. Emma's extensive career includes significant leadership positions at Norkring AS, such as Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Strategic Business Development, as well as earlier roles in sales and project management. Emma began the professional journey as a Key Account Executive at Radiocrafts AS. Emma is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at BI Norwegian Business School and holds a Dr.-Ing (Ph.D.) in electrical engineering from the Technical University of Berlin, along with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
