Gro Løcka Eine holds a Master of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. With extensive leadership experience, Gro has managed various project and department teams at Aker Solutions, where they are currently heading up Continuous Improvement initiatives. Gro is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, responsible for planning and executing development projects while overseeing quality management and compliance with ISO standards. Previously, Gro held positions at organizations such as Norsk Korrespondanse Institutt and Forsvarsmateriell, contributing to a strong background in HSEQ and continuous improvement.
