Ian Keith is an experienced electrical engineering professional with a strong background in the offshore oil and gas industry. Currently serving as Electrical Discipline Manager and Principal Electrical Engineer at Aker Solutions since May 2022, Ian has worked on significant projects including the Equinor M&M Project and the Azule Angola Project. Prior to this role, Ian was a Consulting Electrical Engineer at Keith Engineering Design Limited from March 2005 to April 2022, providing expertise to clients such as KBR, PSN, and Wood Group. Ian's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Electrical Engineer at Consafe Engineering, where involvement in electrical and instrument design for modular building projects took place, and as Offshore Divisional Manager at Thermon UK Limited. Ian began a career in project management as Project Manager for ELECTROTHERMAL LIMITED. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Aberdeen, completed in 1981.
