Jim Oestman is currently the Head of Tender Cost Estimation at Aker Solutions AS, a position held since 2020. From 2005, Jim has also served as a Senior Consultant in Project Controls and Cost Estimating at Kvaerner. Earlier in their career, Jim worked as a Technical Officer in the Royal Norwegian Air Force from 1998 to 2000.
