Lu Roger is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in civil engineering and structural design. Currently serving as Principal Technical Advisor and Product Line Manager for Deep Draft Semi-submersible at Aker Solutions since April 2004, Lu has previously held the position of Staff Engineer at Technip from April 2000 to March 2004 and served as Senior Structural Engineer at McDermott International Inc. from August 1994 to March 2000. Lu holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering from Rice University, a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mechanics from Fudan University.
