Mark Riggs is a Senior Piping Designer at Aker Solutions since March 2023, with previous experience as a Designer at Genoa Design International Ltd. from February 2021 to March 2023 and as a Piping Designer at Wood from August 2017 to May 2020. Riggs also worked as a Piping Designer at Aker Solutions from April 2011 to March 2016. Responsibilities include 3D modeling and creating design drawings for piping systems, notably for the Searose FPSO and Whiterose Field Subsea Piping systems, along with conducting offshore surveys on the Searose FPSO. Riggs holds a Technical Diploma in Marine Engineering Systems Design from the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland and is currently pursuing Basic Survival Training (BST) at the same institution.
