Skule Pedersen

Skule Pedersen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles in the marine engineering and operations field. Skule currently holds the position of VP Marine Operations at Aker Solutions since November 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Kvaerner as the Head of Marine Engineering and Operations from November 2019 to November 2020, and as a Senior Specialist Engineer from August 2017 to November 2019. Skule also worked at Aker Solutions as a SURF Consultant for a brief period in 2017. Before that, they had significant experience at EMAS GROUP, where they served as the Department Manager for SURF from January 2013 to March 2017, and as a Specialist Engineer for Emas AMC from June 2012 to March 2017. Skule has also worked as a self-employed individual at Siv.ing Skule Pedersen from June 2006 to June 2012. Skule started their career as an R&D Leader at Monohakobi Technology Institute (NYK Line) from June 2003 to June 2006. Prior to that, Skule worked as a Technical Lead at Nordic Water Supply, NWS from May 2000 to June 2003. Skule began their professional journey as a Project Engineer at DSND Subsea from October 1998 to May 2000 and at Ugland Engineering from January 1998 to October 1998.

Skule Pedersen completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from NTNU in the years 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Officers Training School, BSMA from 1991 to 1993, although it is not specified if they obtained a degree or studied a specific field.
