Ståle Pedersen has approximately 25 years of experience in project and engineering management and currently works at Aker Solutions. They are responsible for project management within the Modification Alliance, overseeing a portfolio of modifications across multiple oil fields. Previously, they held roles as Portfolio Lead and Engineering Lead, managing teams of project managers and leading various engineering projects. They have a solid background in structural engineering and have lectured on structural mechanics at the university level. Ståle is pursuing a Master's degree in Structural Engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
