Steve Bledsoe

Steve Bledsoe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and subsea engineering. Currently serving as the Subsea Field Development and Architecture Lead for Front End Spectrum at Aker Solutions since 2014, Steve has led the transformation of traditional engineering practices into integrated project execution. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Project Management and Principal Project Manager at RTI Energy Systems, overseeing significant projects and leading diverse teams. As SURF Engineering Manager at Jacobs Engineering, Steve managed subsea hardware and pipeline departments. Earlier positions include Principal Manager of Business Development at Subsea Engineering Solutions and Operations Manager at MCS, with a foundational role as Vice President at Western Geophysical, managing operations of a seismic equipment manufacturing plant. Steve holds a BS in Industrial Management from Purdue University and has continued to develop expertise throughout a distinguished career.
