Stuart Spitz is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Specialist Engineer VXT at Aker Solutions since August 2013, where Stuart leads the development of the new 7in VXT system, oversees qualification programs, and provides technical guidance to the engineering team. Stuart is also the Director and Principal Engineer at Product Design Innovations Ltd., a UK-based company focused on developing innovative green energy systems. Previously, Stuart held the position of Senior Design Engineer at FMC Kongsberg Subsea, where leadership was provided to an engineering and technical support team on key projects. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering with Computer Aided Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, earned between 1996 and 1999.
