Thomas André Gundersen is currently the HSSE Manager for Asset Integrity Management at Aker Solutions. Previously, they served as a Project Manager and Mentor at ENT3R, and completed a summer internship as an HSSE Advisor at OneSubsea. Thomas has also held positions as a Fire, Entry, and Safety Guard at Avarn Security Norge and served in the Norwegian Armed Forces. They earned a Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet and a Bachelor's degree in QHSE from Høgskulen på Vestlandet.
