Thomas Rogstad is currently the Field & Site Engineering Lead for Aker Solutions, overseeing the EIT engineers at the yard and leading the complete Field & Site Engineering team in Hugin A Lower Utility. With a background as an Electro, Instrumentation & Telecom Discipline Leader, they have extensive multidisciplinary experience throughout the project lifecycle. Previously, Rogstad served as a planning lead during the engineering and construction phase of an oil & gas module project, as well as holding roles including fabrication project manager deputy, field engineer, and work preparation engineer. They began their education in 2013, earning a degree in Automation from Fagskolen i Agder in 2015.
