Derrick McMaster

Derrick McMaster is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Vice President of Property Management at Aker since June 2025. Prior to this role, Derrick held significant positions including Senior Regional Manager at Equity Residential from March 2018 to June 2025, where responsibilities included reporting market expenses and managing business support teams, and Regional Manager, overseeing a portfolio of 2,300 rental units. Derrick also served as Vice President - Residential Division Head at Olnick Organization, overseeing 3,000 rental units across multiple regions, and held various property management roles at The Dermot Company and Kettler, Inc.
