Ruben Kooy

Ruben Kooy is a seasoned professional in the field of labor and organizational psychology, currently serving as the Oprichter at Buddy since November 2023, where expertise is offered to support employee professional development. Since November 2011, Ruben has been the Directeur at Akerendam, responsible for designing and implementing development and change trajectories at individual, team, and organizational levels, collaborating with a diverse range of clients. Previously, Ruben worked as a Bijlesdocent at Instituut HIP, providing tutoring and educational support to secondary school students, including those with specific learning challenges. Ruben holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Labor and Organizational Psychology from Utrecht University and a minor in Social Sciences from the University of Bergen, along with ongoing professional education at TIAS School for Business and Society.
