Andrew Dupre

Andrew Dupre serves as the Office Managing Partner at Akerman LLP, providing Delaware counsel on multijurisdictional corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration. With over 20 years of experience in Delaware courts, Andrew has represented a diverse range of clients, including shareholders and corporations, in complex business disputes. Andrew began their legal career as a law clerk in the Delaware Court of Chancery and has practiced internationally in Madrid and Singapore. Educated at Widener University and dual qualified in Delaware and England & Wales, Andrew frequently advises on litigation risks and compliance in M&A transactions. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys boating on the Chesapeake Bay and follows Atlético Madrid.
