Eric Levy serves as Special Counsel at Akerman LLP, specializing in information privacy, data breach response, and insurance coverage, with a focus on drafting privacy policies and negotiating data risk contracts. Previous roles include Senior Counsel at Husch Blackwell, where Eric advised clients on information privacy and complex commercial litigation, and Senior Attorney at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP, emphasizing privacy, technology issues, and commercial disputes. With extensive teaching experience in drama and theatre studies at various schools, including THE RED MAIDS' SCHOOL and Bristol Grammar School, Eric also holds advanced degrees in English and Drama from the University of Exeter, and a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law.
