Miles Dinsmore has held a variety of positions since 2015. Miles began their career as a Customer Service Representative with Career Connection Inc. (CCI) in 2015, where they provided technical support and assisted with password resets and diagnosing large outages. In 2016, they moved on to become a Security Officer with Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. In 2017, they became a Customer Service Representative with RemX | The Workforce Experts, taking inbound calls for a State contract and handling sensitive information. In 2019, they began working as a Delivery Driver with Instacart and a Driver with Lyft. Miles also held multiple roles with Akerna Corp. including Client Support Lead, CS - Quality and Training Lead, Client Services, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Customer Support Technician.

Miles Dinsmore graduated from Thornton High School in 2014. Miles has obtained two certifications from Intercom, the first being a certification in Designing and Implementing a Conversational Framework for Support Teams, obtained in October 2022, and the second being a certification in Delivering a World-Class Customer Support Experience, obtained in September 2022.
