Laura Stowers

Laura Stowers has worked in numerous roles in the medical field since 2001. Laura began their career as a Clinical Supervisor, Microbiology at Gwinnett Hospital System. In 2013, they moved to Gwinnett Medical Center as a Laboratory Manager. In 2017, they joined AKESOgen, Inc. as VP of Operations, Regulatory and QA, and later Compliance Manager. In 2020, they were appointed Senior Director of Laboratory Operations at Tempus Labs, Inc.

Laura Stowers obtained their MBA from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 2006, a Bachelor's degree in medical technology from the Medical College of Georgia in 2001, and a Bs in Biology from The University of Georgia in 1999.
