Agnes David has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Agnes most recently worked as an HR Director at AKH Group starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were an HR Manager at Budapest Metropolitan University from February 2018 to April 2023. Agnes also worked as an HR Manager at LeasePlan Hungary, where they were responsible for managing a stable and service-oriented HR department, developing HR strategies, and acting as a trusted representative of the employer. Agnes held this position from August 2012 to December 2017. Before joining LeasePlan Hungary, Agnes worked at Colgate-Palmolive, where they served as an HR Officer from May 2005 to February 2012 and as an Office Manager from October 2001 to April 2005.
Agnes David began their education at Eötvös Loránd University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in German Language Teacher Education from 1992 to 1996. Agnes then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Tourism, at Pannon Egyetem - University of Pannonia from 1996 to 2000. Agnes furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Economics, with a complementary degree in Human Resources Management, from Corvinus University of Budapest between 2007 and 2011. Finally, they completed a postgraduate degree in Business Coaching, earning the title of Business Coach, from Budapest Business University from 2015 to 2019.
