Sam Dodson P.E.

Sam Dodson, P.E., is the Head of Engineering Solutions & Project Management at Akila, where they drive innovation in HVAC, Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Building Management Systems (BMS). In this role, Sam leads project management and pre-sales initiatives, collaborating with clients to deliver sustainable solutions. Previously, as a Project Manager/Mechanical Engineer at Jacobs, Sam managed complex projects for clients including the Department of Defense and the Federal Aviation Administration. Sam holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Christian University, complemented by internships that provided a solid foundation in mechanical and HVAC/plumbing design.
