Leyda Sisman

Leyda Sisman currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner and IT Recruiter at Akinon, where responsibilities include managing recruitment for technical and non-technical roles and serving as the main HR contact for development teams. Previously, Leyda worked at Amadeus as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, handling full-cycle recruiting, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and managing Early Careers campus recruitment efforts. Leyda's experience also includes a role as a Researcher at Amadeus, supporting the P&C team, and as an Assistant Recruiter at HR CUBE Human Capital Consulting, where candidate selection and interviews were conducted. Leyda's career began with positions at Istanbul University as a Project Assistant and Student Assistant. Leyda holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Istanbul University.
