Joseph Santangelo

Joe Santangelo is the Vice President of Customer Success for AkkenCloud. He has broad experience in the SaaS industry, building successful relationships with client companies like Google, Cisco, and Palo Alto Networks. Joe founded, grew, and sold an IT staffing and managed services company that targeted mid-market business, helping them grow by providing technology that directly aligned with company strategy. Before this, he delivered IT services for a high-tech startup building state-of-the-art IT facilities serving offices domestic and abroad. Joe also brings international experience having responsibilities for a large multinational team reporting directly to him. He holds an MBA from Bentley University – McCallum Graduate School of Business.
