Tom Kellens

Tom Kellens is a seasoned technology expert with extensive experience in marketing technology and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Technology Expert at Akkm Consulting since November 2023, Tom previously held positions as a Partner at Customer Collective from March 2021 to October 2023, where the focus was on lead marketing automation and CRM following the acquisition of Dignify. Prior to that, Tom was a Partner at Dignify, a digital services agency, from October 2019 to October 2023. Additional experience includes the role of Director Solution Consulting for Europe at Selligent Marketing Cloud from February 2012 to September 2019, along with various positions at RealDolmen and Quasus nv. Tom holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Hasselt University.
