Laura Heß

Laura Heß has worked in various customer support roles since 2010. Laura began their career as a Kundenbetreuerin im First-Level-Support at LASERLINE Digitales Druckzentrum Bucec & Co. Berlin KG in 2010. Laura then moved to MediaBogen GbR in 2011, where they worked as a Kundenbetreuerin & Auftragssachbearbeiterin. In 2013, they joined altmann-druck GmbH in a similar role. Since 2015, they have been employed at Aklamio, where they have held the roles of Business Analyst (Customer Support), Junior Business Analyst, Senior Customer Support Manager (2nd Level), and Customer Support Manager.

Laura Heß attended OSZ Druck- und Medientechnik Berlin from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Mediengestalter Digital & Print, Fachrichtung Beratung & Planung.
